Everlane Georgetown
For Everlane's 9th location on Georgetown's M Street, we celebrated the neighborhood’s history and architectural charm. The design accentuates the open ceiling and clerestory windows, creating a naturally lit space with biophilic elements for a serene and airy shopping environment in response to the post-COVID landscape. The layout maintains a symmetrical shopping experience, creating clear merchandising zones for easy navigation.
Throughout the space, storytelling integrates local and Everlane factory materials, highlighting community history and the company’s sustainability efforts. This initiative marked the beginning of a partnership with sustainability consulting firm Brightworks, who evaluated and advised on introducing healthier materials such as FSC certified wood in all custom fixtures, recycled flooring, and the use of more biodegradable and natural materials.
